  • Prohire is a great exponent of continuous professional development through internal training.  Success stories include Prohire’s maintenance administration manager who started her career as a Prohire apprentice and the company’s group marketing manager who joined as a telemarketing executive.
  • Prohire has a graduate trainee programme supported by its Investors in People development plan (accreditations).
  • The majority of Prohire’s front-line service controllers are time-served commercial vehicle technicians.  They attend regular manufacturers’ product courses and can determine via a ‘triage’ process whether a vehicle can be repaired at the roadside or needs to be recovered.  This can make a considerable contribution to fleet uptime.
