Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has retained its government-backed ‘Customer Service Excellence’ (CSE) accreditation for a fourth year, further demonstrating its credentials as one of the most customer service-oriented contract hire and fleet management operators in the UK.
The CSE assessment involves process reviews, documentation evidence, assessor interviews with a selection of customers as well as service and maintenance suppliers. The assessor also discusses the accreditation criteria with Directors, Senior Managers and a representative group of customer-facing staff were also interviewed.
The audit follows on from the company’s launch of the ProGreen Division, the relaunch of FleetLogic, the Accident Management Division within the Group, the multi-million-pound investment in its rental fleet during the last 12 months, including the provision of electric vehicles.
Prohire Limited supplies commercial vehicle Rental and Contract Hire to a wide range of business sectors, together with Fleet Maintenance, Accident Repair Management and Fleet Compliance.
