Commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company, Prohire Limited has supplied a ‘market leading’ mobile exhibition vehicle to central heating and renewable technology provider, Vaillant following the successful design and build of two similar vehicles for sister brand, Glow-worm. The vehicle, built on a 3.5t Renault Platform cab is the result of a design collaboration between Prohire, Vaillant and specialist bodybuilder, Neat Vehicles. It has been supplied on contract hire with Prohire, which includes the full maintenance of both the vehicle and the key ancillary components within the exhibition unit.
Designed and built to reflect the quality of the Vaillant brand, the vehicle will be used throughout the UK to show off the Vaillant boiler range to heating engineers when visiting plumbing, heating and builders’ merchants to purchase their daily plumbing and heating supplies. The exhibition unit’s payload can accommodate the showroom boilers, as well as a heating and air conditioning unit, marketing display and hospitality equipment. It is powered by a silent generator fuelled by the vehicle’s own fuel tank, or it can be powered by direct mains electricity.
Commenting on the result, Aneta Richardson, Vaillant’s marketing campaign manager said that the company was delighted with the vehicle. “Both the design and the build quality reflect the Vaillant brand values and the spec gives us everything we need to show our product range off to prospective trade customers.”
Andrew Morley, Group Sales Director at Prohire added, “Prohire’s consultative approach is perfect for achieving bespoke vehicle needs and I am very happy that Vaillant has the result it wanted.”
Prohire supplies commercial vehicles and full fleet support services to a wide range of business sectors including foodservice and catering, temperature-controlled, builders’ merchants, leisure retail and the brewing industry as well as to specialist logistics companies.
